When our original plans for Jamaica had to change because of the hurricane, they quickly helped us pivot to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, making the transition seamless and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated from the private cultural tour to connecting us with an excellent photographer. Throughout the trip, their communication was consistent, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy celebrating with my husband and our guests. One thing I appreciated most was that when members of our group had questions or concerns, they communicated directly with 2Day Travel Crew, LLC. That allowed me to focus on celebrating instead of managing logistics. Very well planned and organized. Everything was seamless beginning with airport transportation to the resort and finally the airport transportation back to the airport. We have plenty of time to go through customs and all the security lines which took a full two hours and I still never felt rushed for the flight. A Very very important detail that was not missed. The city tour was a bit long, hot and boring but that's on them not you. Catamaran 5 stars! Loved the snorkeling adventure and the people!!!!!!! 10/10

The overall trip with my Sorority Sisters for our 35th Anniversary was a good experience. We did have a few issues that were in any way at the fault of 2Day Travel Crew. Punta Cana had resort and travel issues that were quickly rectified as soon as we notified 2Day Travel Crew. 2Day Travel Crew were and still have been very attentive to our needs. I am grateful for the assistance they provided in booking our trip and receiving feedback for future trips. I look forward to continuing to use 2Day Travel Crew for booking my trips.

Always a pleasure being with my sisters. The resort was beautiful. The spa was probably the best event of the trip. The accommodations for the trip however, were not well executed. We were late to almost every scheduled event. The drivers all claimed to have flat tires during the trips, including when we were leaving for the airport! We were late to the photo shoot (didn't expect to be on an extremely small boat), which made us miss the catamaran. We were late on the tour so it had to be cut short. We didnt tour much at all. We felt rushed during the entire trip because of the transportation. The last night at the steakhouse was excellent, otherwise the food was subpar. Our room was gorgeous; however the power went out (it was a smart room), so that meant the tv was out and the lights were on but we could not turn them off, and the a/c control was also out until the matter was resolved. Some of the Sorors lights were not on at all during that time.

We had a great time for our honeymoon in Antigua. Our original resort did not have the best accommodations so halfway in our trip, we transitioned to an alternate resort (Blu Waters Antigua) which was excellent. I have arranged trips with 2Day several times before and the ladies were helpful in securing our second resort in Antigua when the first resort was not up to par. Also, the ladies in 2Day are actively helping us start a claim/receive funds back from the first resort. We were happy our trip was turned around, in the end. Thank you for your help and attention to detail!
